Hotel Vilamarí

Great location just a few minutes walk from Placa Espanya Metro station where the airport bus picks up/drops off. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, very clean rooms and comfy bed. Decent storage in the room (and we were in a small interior room), great shower and in a very quiet street off the main drag.

Easy to get to off the Airport bus (first stop from the airport and a short walk). A bit lengthy walk to Rambla but the hotel seems to be in a nice, safe part of town. We went out at night to the local restaurants and felt very safe. It’s a 10Euro cab fare to Christopher Columbus statue. I’d recommend it.

Stayed two nights in this hotel and it really was amazing. Easy to find location, close to the city centre and several amenities just a stone throw away. Wish they had provision for UK chargers. Overall, experience was great.

Perfect location near the Fira Barcelona at a walk distance, but the Fira Granvia is also easy with metro or taxi in about 10 - 15 minutes. Hotel was just reopening after closure due to poor business (covid stop). Staff was great and super kind, we arrived very early in the morning just to deposit luggage and bags but rooms were ready and offered immediately available even if we didn't asked it or warned them about the possibility of any early check in. It was a pleasant surprise.
